Pema Chödrön

Pema Chödrön is an American-born Tibetan Buddhist and ordained nun who served as an acharya of Shambhala Buddhism under the guidance of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. She was principal teacher at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia and authored several dozen books and audiobooks before retiring in 2020.
